Ewald is a notorious freelancer with questionable ethics and terrible barista skills. When he's not screwing up a good coffee, he can be found blocking recruiters on TikTok. In his spare time, he plays with his dog and wishes he had a real job, like Sam!
Nix Stephens has been recruiting since 2008 and has run her own agency, recruited internally at a dual-listed Enterprise Telematics company, and is currently the Head of Talent at Teraflow.ai. Her genuine passion for people and their stories motivates her to explore disruptive ways to source top global talent. Nix specializes in identifying A Players and Game Changers, the top 1% of self-driven individuals in the tech industry who are making a real impact. She believes that true Game Changers are those who have managed to balance their technical skills with their soft skills.
Steph is the Chief Talent Officer at iKhokha. Her journey began at a Durban based Fintech start-up in 2018 where she exited a corporate role on a leap of faith, to join a purpose driven business with big dreams and a small team. Fast-forward five years and 300 people later, she is the custodian of people and culture. Her passion for creativity, employee experience and challenging what she’s been taught as an HR professional has been part of her success.

By 2015, Mitch Sullivan had seen enough people on social media complaining about getting bad responses to their job postings to think that maybe something could be done about it. He decided to build a copywriting training programme specifically for recruiters. It took off almost immediately and has grown steadily ever since. So far, nearly 2,000 recruiters have done one of Mitch’s Copywriting for Recruiters programmes. Mitch has been a recruiter for 35 years, has worked both agency and client side, and has always believed recruitment advertising is the one area where recruiters can bring the biggest positive impact to their clients. In his workshop on 7 March 2024 he’ll show you how to get more of the right people to want to read your job posts.

She is also a competent Conference Speaker and has delivered opening Keynote Presentations from Sydney to Seattle, and many places in between.
Lerato is a dynamic, passionate leader and speaker with a talent for telling stories that inspire action. She is a credible voice in strategy development, decision making and establishing governance boundaries.
Communication, and advocacy is her passion, developed and honed through her 17-year corporate career which has spanned across the Mining, Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Talent Acquisition, and IT industries. Chromatic Consulting is in its 4th year of operation.
Lerato intuitively sees the opportunities from constantly evaluating the influence of technology for the management of workplaces, to ensure that trend evaluation is always done in conjunction with the business imperatives and strategic drivers, bringing them together in a coherent whole.
